Prof. Daniel Roque Gomes is a Coordinator Professor at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra and has served as Vice-President of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra since July 2021, overseeing academic management, quality, and human resources. He previously held administrative leadership roles at the institution, with responsibilities spanning financial management, public procurement, and information and communication technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Social and Organizational Psychology. He is a researcher at CERNAS – Center for Natural Resources, Environment, and Society, with research interests focused on leadership, sustainable human resources management, organizational behavior, and internal communication.
