Dr. Adapa Gopi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Madhav University, located in Madhav Hills, P.O Bharja, Abu Road, Pindwara (Sirohi), Rajasthan, on the Gujarat border. His doctoral research was conducted under the AICTE & UGC, a Member of the Association of Indian Universities, during the academic years from December 2015 to November 2019. He completed his first Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering at Kasireddy Narayan Reddy College of Engineering and Research, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, during 2014-2016, with an aggregation of 81%, earning a First Class with Distinction. Dr. Gopi also holds a second Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology from Holy Mary Institute of Technology and Science, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He completed this degree during 2009-2011, achieving an aggregation of 77%, also earning a First Class with Distinction. Dr. Adapa Gopi has a robust academic career spanning several reputable institutions. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at Koneru Lakshmaiah University (KLU), Vaddeswaram, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since July 2022. Prior to his current role, Dr. Gopi was an Associate Professor at KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences, also in the Computer Science and Engineering Department, located in Vinjanampadu, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He worked there from August 2021 to June 2022. From December 2017 to June 2021, he was an Assistant Professor at St. Mary’s Integrated Campus Hyderabad, within the Computer Science and Engineering Department. He also held the additional responsibility of being the In-charge of the Examination Branch at Deshmukhi, Pochampally, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Hyderabad. Before his tenure at St. Mary’s, Dr. Gopi worked as an Assistant Professor at the Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions in the Computer Science and Engineering Department, located in Abdullapurmet, Hayath Nagar, from November 2010 to December 2017. His academic journey also includes a significant period at the Nizam Institute of Engineering & Technology, where he served as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department and as the In-charge of the Examination Branch at Deshmukhi, Batasingaram, from August 2007 to October 2010. His expertise in web designing includes knowledge of Multimedia, HTML, Flash, Google Plus, and Photoshop, enabling him to create dynamic and interactive web content. Dr. Gopi is familiar with various software packages, such as Tomcat Server and Microsoft Office, which are essential for both development and administrative tasks. He received a certificate in the Design and Analysis of Algorithms from NPTEL, scoring 52%, in the December-March 2024 session. Additionally, he earned the Skill Global Certification as a “Red Hat Certified Enterprise Application Developer” with Certification ID: 230-202-962 on December 29, 2023. Dr. Gopi also holds an elite certificate in Programming in Java from NPTEL, achieved with a 72% score in the July-October 2022 session. In recognition of his contributions to education, Dr. Gopi was honored with the Yuva Acharya Award by the Bharat Education Excellence Awards on September 5, 2021. As a coordinator, Dr. Gopi successfully conducted the IIRS-ISRO Outreach Programme on “70-Remote Sensing of Land Degradation” from December 1, 2020, to December 7, 2020. This program was organized in association with St. Mary’s Integrated Campus Hyderabad, the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), and the Government of India.
