Dr. Manita Kusi is an Associate Research Fellow at the Policy Research Institute, a government think tank in Nepal, where she has been contributing since November 2021. Her work focuses on evidence-based research to support and inform public policy formulation. She has strong expertise in quantitative and secondary research methods, including structural equation modeling using SMART PLS and AMOS, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Her research skill set also includes bibliometric analysis and systematic literature reviews using tools such as VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and PRISMA.
