El Hassan Zerrik’s career has progressed as follows: from 1984 to 1990, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sciences, University Moulay Ismail. During the period of 1990 to 1993, he was detached for the preparation of a state doctorate and also worked as a temporary teaching and research assistant at the University of Perpignan. From 1993 to 1997, he held the position of Lecturer at the Faculty of Sciences, University Moulay Ismail. Subsequently, between 1997 and 2003, he served as a Higher Education Professor at the Faculty of Sciences, University Moulay Ismail in Meknès. Since January 2003, he has been serving as the Vice Dean at the Royal Military Academy in Meknès.

One of El Hassan Zerrik’s significant contributions is the development of a new concept: the regional analysis of distributed systems. This concept was pioneered and developed within the mathematics department of the Faculty of Sciences at University Moulay Ismail.
