Prior to this, he served as the Chairperson of the Accounting and Economics Department at the same university from September 2019 to September 2020. In 2019, Abdalmuttaleb acted as the Acting Chairperson of the Accounting and Economics Department at Ahlia University. Before his chairperson roles, he contributed significantly as the Coordinator of the Accounting and Economics Department at Ahlia University from September 2013 to March 2019. His administrative experience extends beyond Ahlia University, as he also served as the Coordinator of the Accounting Department at Delmon University in Bahrain from September 2008 to May 2013.
