Assist. Prof. Dr. Lorenzo Maccioni is an Assistant Professor at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (UNIBZ), where he conducts research within the European FSE+ project saveLUBe, focusing on sustainable and efficient lubrication of mechanical systems. Mr. Tolera Abdissa Feyissa is an academic and researcher in the field of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has served in higher education for more than a decade, progressing through roles as graduate assistant, assistant lecturer, lecturer, and assistant professor within engineering institutions. His academic work focuses on hydraulics, hydrology, flood and drought risk management, groundwater hydrology, open channel flow, hydraulic structures, and water resources planning and management.
