Dr. Saliha Theiri completed her postdoctoral qualification in Management Sciences in 2021 at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences of Tunis. She earned her doctoral degree in Management Sciences from ISGS in 2011, specializing in Finance under the guidance of Professor Ati Abdessatar. Her thesis, titled “Structure financiĆØre, fidĆ©lisation de lā€™actionnariat individuel et performance : Illustration par les contextes franƧais et tunisien,” focused on financial structure, individual shareholder loyalty, and performance, with examples from French and Tunisian contexts. Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. Theiri obtained a Research Master’s in Finance in 2007, supervised by Professor Jean-Michel Sahut, with a thesis on “La fidĆ©lisation des actionnaires” (Shareholder loyalty). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, completing her final dissertation on “La prime de risque de change” (Exchange rate risk premium) in 2004 under the supervision of Professor Ezzedine Abouab. Dr. Theiri’s academic journey began with a Baccalaureate in the Mathematics Section in 2000.

Since 2019, Dr. Saliha Theiri has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences of Tunis. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2019, she held a similar position at the University of Jizan in Saudi Arabia. She also served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences of Tunis from 2012 to 2013. Dr. Theiri’s professional experience also includes roles outside academia. From 2010 to 2012, she worked as a Central Controller at the Ministry of Finance in Tunis. Before that, she was a Contractual Assistant at ISEAH du Kef, part of the University of Jendouba, from 2008 to 2010. She began her professional career as a Temporary Assistant at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Management Sciences of Jendouba from 2006 to 2007.
