Between 2014 and February 2017, he worked as a full-time researcher at Centro de Estudios en Alimentos Procesados, CEAP, Talca, Chile. Currently, Dr. Zambra holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Technologies, Engineering Faculty, at Universidad de Talca.
