Prof. Yang Shuya is a Chinese immunologist and Research Fellow at the Department of Immunology, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Air Force Medical University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. She holds a PhD in Basic Medicine with a specialization in Immunology, obtained through a direct-entry doctoral program, following her undergraduate training in Clinical Medicine. Her research focuses on cellular and molecular immunity, tumor immunology, tumor metabolic regulation, and the molecular mechanisms underlying immunotherapy. Over the course of her academic career, she has progressed through positions including Teaching Assistant, Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Associate Director, reflecting sustained contributions to research, education, and academic leadership. She has been recognized through several competitive talent programs, including provincial- and city-level youth talent promotion initiatives, highlighting her academic potential and impact. Yang Shuya actively contributes to the national academic community as an expert in the National Graduate Education Evaluation and Monitoring Expert Database and serves on professional committees related to neuroimmunology and medical exchange. She is also a member of multiple scientific and medical associations, with a strong commitment to advancing immunology research and interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to her research and teaching roles, she is engaged in academic publishing and peer review, serving on the editorial board of an international biomedical journal and acting as a reviewer for several SCI-indexed journals in immunology, genetics, virology, and bioengineering. Through her work, she aims to advance understanding of tumor–immune interactions and metabolic regulation, contributing to the development of innovative immunotherapeutic strategies and the cultivation of high-quality biomedical research and education.
