Assoc. Prof. Dr. Roxana Nicoleta Rățu (Gavril) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, “Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Life Sciences in Iași, Romania. Her academic activity focuses on teaching and research in dairy technology and derived products, quality control and expertise of milk and dairy products, and the technology of food products of animal origin. She has extensive experience in food quality assessment, expertise of food raw materials, and general biotechnologies, with additional contributions in packaging, labeling, and design in the food industry. Through her academic career, she has been actively involved in advancing education and research in food science and dairy technology.
