Andrés Maroto Sánchez is a prominent economist with a PhD in Economics, Master in Applied Statistics and Statistics for the Public Sector, and a degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences. Currently, he works as a Doctoral Contract Professor in the department of Economic Analysis: Economic Theory and Economic History of the Autonomous University of Madrid since 2013. His extensive academic experience includes previous roles as visiting professor and doctoral assistant professor in the same department, as well as FPU scholarship holder in the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Alcalá.
