Dr. Zeineb Jrad earned her Doctorate in Sciences Biologiques et Biotechnologie from the Institut Supérieur de Biotechnologie de Monastir, Tunisia. Her PhD research was focused on the “Identification, characterization, and exploitation of antimicrobial activity of peptides derived from camel milk.” She later completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship (2020–2021) at the Laboratoire d’élevage et faune sauvage, Institut des Régions Arides, Médenine, as part of the international ARIMNET2 “AROMATIC” project.
