In 2010, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electronic Engineering from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Building on this foundation, he earned a Master of Science degree in the same field from the same university in 2012. In 2016, Dr. Ali broadened his academic expertise by obtaining a second Master of Science degree in Meteorology from King Abdulaziz University. His academic pursuit continued to expand internationally when he completed his PhD in Marine Sciences from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in 2022. Currently, Dr. Ali is engaged in postdoctoral research at the School of Atmospheric Science, Lanzhou University, a position he commenced in 2023. Dr. Md Arfan Ali has held notable positions throughout his career, reflecting his expertise and commitment to his field. From September 2, 2017, to 2021, he served as the Assistant Managing Editor for the Journal of Earth Systems and Environment, hosted by King Abdulaziz University. In this role, he contributed significantly to the editorial processes and the dissemination of important research in Earth systems and environmental studies. Following this, Dr. Ali took on the role of Guest Editor for the MDPI journal Atmosphere. Starting on December 26, 2022, and continuing through June, he managed the Special Issue titled “Aerosols and Trace Gas Emissions: Methods and Applications,” overseeing the curation and review of cutting-edge research articles in this critical area of atmospheric science.

Building on this foundation, Lamboni pursued an Engineer Diploma in Environmental Sciences at the Institut de Gรฉnie de l’Environnement et du Dรฉveloppement Durable (IGEDD), University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, graduating in 2012. Driven by a passion for environmental sciences, Lamboni furthered their studies with a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences at the Institute of Mathematics and Physical Sciences (IMSP), Benin, in 2015. This laid the groundwork for their eventual specialization, culminating in a PhD from the Hydrology and Atmospheric Physics Laboratory at the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin, completed between November 2016 and October 2019.

๐Ÿ“Professional ย Experience:

Since October 2019, I have served as a Teacher-Researcher at the ร‰cole Normale Supรฉrieure (ENSATAKPAME), where I also hold the position of head of the physics and technology department. My responsibilities have included assisting colleagues with their research in atmospheric physics, collaborating on various projects, and traveling with colleagues to other physics organizations to collect samples. Additionally, I have been tasked with organizing samples for the research team and preparing drafts for technical reports. In addition to my role within the department, I am actively involved in cooperation, partnership, and development initiatives within my institution. Furthermore, I serve as a member of the National Commission in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STIM) established by the Togolese government. In this capacity, I represent the commission in matters related to Initial Training, where my duties include analyzing program content and ensuring the implementation of STEM education roadmaps in national initial training programs.

Batablinlรจ Lamboni is currently a junior researcher at the Renewable Energy Laboratory within the Department of Physics at the University of Lomรฉ and the Higher Normal School at Atakpamรฉ (Togo). They obtained their Master’s in Atmospheric Physics from the Hydrology and Atmospheric Physics Laboratory at the Institute of Mathematics and Physical Sciences, University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin, in 2016. Subsequently, they completed their Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor Lawin E. Agnidรฉ at the same institution in 2019. Their research focuses on the impact of climate change projections on the availability of water and energy resources.
