Dr. Gevorg Eduard Kesoyan is a dedicated Armenian historian and researcher whose academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to the advancement of historical scholarship. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from Yerevan State University (YSU), graduating with honors and receiving a scholarship of excellence in recognition of his academic achievements. Continuing at YSU, he completed a Master’s degree in History with honors and was awarded the prestigious Aram Manukyan Scholarship for outstanding performance and research potential. Alongside his historical studies, he broadened his expertise by earning a second Master’s degree in Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit from the YSU Faculty of Economics and Management, equipping him with an interdisciplinary perspective that enriches his analytical approach to historical inquiry. He later pursued doctoral studies at the YSU Faculty of History, specializing in Armenian history, and successfully earned the academic degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences. His scholarly work demonstrates a strong focus on Armenian historical developments, critical analysis of primary sources, and contributions to the understanding of national heritage and identity. Since February 2022, he has been serving as a Scientific Worker at the Center for Scientific Information Analysis and Monitoring, where he engages in research, analytical work, and scholarly evaluation aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of scientific information. In this role, he contributes to national research initiatives, supports academic monitoring activities, and participates in the dissemination of reliable scientific data. Throughout his career, his research has been characterized by academic rigor, interdisciplinary insight, and a commitment to preserving and interpreting historical knowledge. His professional development has been shaped by continuous learning, scholarly excellence, and an enduring dedication to advancing the field of Armenian historical studies.

Dr. Sevda Demiröz Yıldırım is an Assistant Professor at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, serving in the Department of Disaster Management and Education. Dr. Sevda Demiröz Yıldırım completed her Ph.D. in Disaster Management at Dokuz Eylül University in 2022, where her dissertation focused on the disaster experiences of orthopedically disabled individuals and the lessons learned within integrated disaster management. She also earned a Master’s degree in Disaster Management from the same university in 2018, with a thesis assessing the knowledge levels of emergency health workers in mass casualty incidents using the START protocol.
