Dr. Tuğkan Arıcı is an academic researcher holding a PhD in Business Administration and currently works at the Faculty of Business Administration at Gebze Technical University. He completed his undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies in business administration, with research focusing on lean production systems, environmental management performance, dynamic quality management, environmental turbulence, and organizational adaptation in high-technology firms.
